These are the working rules of this site. They are not a substitute for advice on a sale, a purchase, or a build contract.
Listings
You can list a website, a mobile app, or a business as for sale, wanted, or a build request. New and edited listings stay under review. Finairy decides whether they are published.
An approved listing is public. Do not include secrets, passwords, or private customer data in the description.
Deals
Finairy is a listing and project board. It does not hold funds, complete a sale, or transfer ownership. A published listing is not a valuation, an audit, or a promise of revenue.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking what they are agreeing to.
Accounts
We store your name, email, and a hash of your password, plus the projects and messages you send. Your email is used to sign in. It is not shown on public listings.
You can remove your own projects from the dashboard. Contact messages are read from the review desk.
Builds
A request to build a website or app is a brief, not a signed contract. Scope, price, and timing are agreed separately after review.
